Published limitations

What Dossierly cannot do

The limits we know about, stated plainly.

  • It guides; it never files

Dossierly does not submit applications, sign anything, or log in to MOS, inPOL or any government system for you. You stay in control of every official step.

  • Your case is processed by AI models

To answer, Dossierly sends the relevant parts of your case to Meta's Muse models (Muse Spark, SAM 3.1, Muse Voice Transcribe). Spoken replies are generated by ElevenLabs. Their own terms apply to those inputs.

  • Models can be wrong

Answers are grounded in your case and cite official sources where they can, but a model can still misread a letter or a rule. Check anything important against the original letter or the office.

  • Deadlines need the right delivery date

We count from the delivery date we found or you gave us, applying KPA rules and Polish public holidays, and show every step. The date in your letter and the office's decision always win.

  • Phone calls are limited

Dossierly calling you about a new letter works only on approved demo accounts for now. In-app voice works for everyone.

  • Poland, temporary residence first

Dossierly is built for non-EU newcomers with a temporary residence permit in Poland, starting with the Mazowiecki office in Warsaw. Other permits and offices may be incomplete.

  • Not legal or medical advice

Dossierly explains and organises. For advice, find a qualified lawyer (rejestradwokatow.pl) or a doctor.
